Manual Neurodidáctico:
Cómo hackear tu cerebro en el examen

1. Oxigena (Regla 4-7-8)

3. Reduce la Carga Cognitiva

El cerebro procesa colores rápido. Usa tu boli para subrayar palabras clave. Convertir texto en "anclajes visuales" ahorra muchísima energía mental.

4. Activa el "Modo Difuso"

¿Te bloqueas en una frase? ¡Déjala y avanza! Tu subconsciente seguirá buscando la respuesta. Al volver, a menudo "aparece" sola.

Vocational Training is no longer Plan B: redefining the future of work in Spain

Healthcare VET stands out for its practical approach | CEU

Vocational Training (VET) is experiencing one of its moments of greatest transformation in Spain. What for years was considered a secondary alternative within the educational system has today become a priority option for thousands of students looking for a direct path to employment. Institutions are promoting a training model connected to business reality, more flexible, and adapted to technological challenges.

One of the most obvious changes has to do with the student's profile. According to Juan Ignacio de la Fuente, VET director at CEU, students' motivation has evolved notably. "VET has gone from being a complementary option or a plan B, to becoming a first choice," he points out. Today, students seek specific training with a strong practical focus. Young people who are clear about their professional future coexist with adults seeking to redefine their careers through reskilling.

What the company asks for

In parallel, the labor market is setting the pace. The profiles most demanded by companies are concentrated in healthcare, administration, and technological fields. However, this demand does not always match the initial interests of the students. Here is where personalized guidance comes into play to help them make decisions aligned with real market opportunities.

Beyond technical specialization, the new VET paradigm focuses on transversal skills. Adaptability to change, problem-solving, and teamwork are increasingly valued by companies. In this sense, the connection between the classroom and the company is key. Teaching staff who also work in their respective sectors can bring the latest market trends to the classroom almost immediately.

Technology in the classroom

Digitalization and automation are accelerating this transformation. "We cannot be oblivious to the speed of technological changes," warns de la Fuente. Educational innovation now includes specialized programs such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, reflecting the growing demand for advanced technological profiles.

The great challenge for the sector is to maintain the level of demand. "We must avoid falling into complacency," he warns. The goal is to continue training highly qualified profiles that respond to the real needs of the labor market. At a time when employment, technology, and education converge like never before, Vocational Training positions itself as one of the great levers of economic transformation.
