Entorno 100% Neuro-Inclusivo
3. Reduce la Carga Cognitiva
El cerebro procesa colores rápido. Usa tu boli para subrayar palabras clave. Convertir texto en "anclajes visuales" ahorra muchísima energía mental.
4. Activa el "Modo Difuso"
¿Te bloqueas en una frase? ¡Déjala y avanza! Tu subconsciente seguirá buscando la respuesta. Al volver, a menudo "aparece" sola.

Aeronautical Training: The sector needs qualified professionals
After finishing high school, thousands of young people must choose their career path. The commercial aviation sector is currently experiencing one of its most significant periods of growth. According to recent forecasts by major manufacturers like Boeing, the industry will face a massive challenge over the next twenty years: finding qualified talent. In fact, airlines will need around 660,000 new commercial pilots and 710,000 maintenance technicians worldwide.
This extraordinary demand is driven by three main factors: the steady increase in global passenger traffic, the continuous expansion of aircraft fleets, and the "great replacement" caused by the retirement of older professionals. In this context, Spain has successfully positioned itself as a leading European hub for aeronautical training. The country offers a strong aerospace industry, an extensive network of specialised schools, and highly favourable weather conditions for flight training.
If the potential lack of pilots worries airlines, the shortage of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (known as TMA in Spanish) is also a critical challenge. The expansion of maintenance centres in Spain is driving a steady demand for professionals who hold official EASA Part-66 European licenses. Furthermore, the technician's role is evolving rapidly. Because modern planes are highly digitalised, future mechanics will need advanced skills in data analysis, aviation cybersecurity, and digital maintenance software, going far beyond traditional mechanical tasks.
Beyond pilots and mechanics, technological transformation is creating entirely new job profiles. The shift towards a more sustainable aviation industry requires experts in sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), hybrid propulsion, and energy efficiency. Additionally, there will be a strong demand for specialists in unmanned aerial systems, such as drones, and advanced air mobility.
To meet all these demands, Spain's extensive network of Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) and Vocational Training centres provide state-of-the-art simulators, virtual reality tools, and highly practical programmes. By collaborating closely with airlines and manufacturers, these schools ensure that students receive up-to-date instruction, making their transition into the professional market much smoother and more successful.
