Cómo hackear tu cerebro en el examen
1. Oxigena (Regla 4-7-8)
El estrés libera cortisol, bloqueando tu memoria. Inhala por la nariz 4 seg, aguanta 7, y exhala en 8 para decirle a tu cerebro que estás a salvo.
2. Hackea la Dopamina
Empieza por el ejercicio que mejor domines. Al terminarlo, tu cerebro segregará dopamina (hormona de la recompensa), dándote motivación extra.
3. Reduce la Carga Cognitiva
El cerebro procesa colores rápido. Usa tu boli para subrayar palabras clave. Convertir texto en "anclajes visuales" ahorra muchísima energía mental.
4. Activa el "Modo Difuso"
¿Te bloqueas en una frase? ¡Déjala y avanza! Tu subconsciente seguirá buscando la respuesta. Al volver, la respuesta a menudo "aparece" sola.

Spain is taking a giant leap into the global space race. PLD Space, an aerospace company based in Elche, is finalising the permits to build a massive rocket factory. The project will cover 720,000 square metres and requires an initial investment of €65 million. The company aims to move beyond prototypes and become a serial manufacturer of its reusable MIURA 5 rockets, which will launch small satellites into orbit.
Although PLD Space is much smaller than Elon Musk's SpaceX, it has successfully found its own niche in the market. The company already has a solid list of clients, including the Japanese giant Mitsubishi Electric, which wants priority access for satellite launches in Asia. By 2031, PLD Space expects its annual revenue to reach €480 million, thanks to the increasing demand for commercial missions.
The new industrial complex will have a significant impact on the local economy, creating over 2,000 direct and indirect jobs. The campus will feature three main buildings for manufacturing, technical operations, and offices. Interestingly, the factory will also include facilities designed for the workers' well-being, such as a nursery, a sports area with padel courts, and a cafeteria.
To support this rapid growth, PLD Space recently closed a €180 million funding round and secured a €30 million loan from the European Investment Bank. The first demonstration flight of the MIURA 5 is scheduled for 2026 from French Guiana, marking a historic milestone for the Spanish aerospace industry.
