BELLING THE CAT: THE PENDING REVOLUTION OF DUAL FP

Andrés and Rosa represent the Spain that creates quality employment and offers growth opportunities with tireless effort and determination. They bring to society years of accumulated experience through a family business that shines over time.

The 2007 crisis brought hardship and broken dreams, but they learned to emerge stronger and better prepared. Today, in 2026, they run Jaénvivienda in Jaén. They make families' dreams come true by renovating homes. Plumbers, electricians, bricklayers, painters, decorators, and carpenters are just some of the professionals involved in the task. Rosa and Andrés have an agenda that is worth its weight in gold; their contacts are the best in their respective trades.

But the sadness lies in seeing how these same professionals cannot cope with all the work they would like to do. This is not due to a lack of will, but a fundamental shortage: the lack of qualified workers.
