INFORMAL (Everyday)
"The girl (who) I spoke TO."
Preposition at the end.
La chica con la que hablé. (Preposición al final).
FORMAL (Elegant)
"The girl TO WHOM I spoke."
Preposition moves front + WHOM.
La chica a quien hablé. (Preposición delante + WHOM).
