El Present Simple habla de tu rutina y verdades permanentes (I live in Spain - Es un hecho).
El Present Perfect es tu "mochila de experiencias" o cosas que conectan el pasado con el ahora (I have lived in Spain for 5 years - Empezó antes y sigue ahora, o es una experiencia vital).
¿Hábito? Simple. ¿Experiencia/Resultado? Perfect.
