⏳ PRESENT TENSES (Simple, Continuous, Perfects)
1. Present Simple
Use: Rutinas, verdades universales, horarios fijos (timetable future).
Signal Words: Always, usually, every day, on Mondays.
"Water boils at 100 degrees."El agua hierve a 100 grados. (Hecho)
"She works in a bank."Ella trabaja en un banco. (Rutina)

Zero Conditional (Facts)
Structure: If + Present, Present.
"If you heat ice, it melts ." (Siempre es verdad).
First Conditional (Possibility)
Structure: If + Present, Will + Verb.

Second Conditional (Hypothesis)
Structure: If + Past Simple, Would + Verb.
