Adverbs travel in a specific order: Manner, Place, Time. Orden: Manera, Lugar, Tiempo.

Frequency Exception
Frequency adverbs (Always, Never, Usually) go BEFORE the main verb, but AFTER 'To Be'.

FAST
"He runs fast." (NOT fastly)
HARD
"He works hard."
LATE
"He arrived late."

The Traps
Adding -LY changes the meaning completely!
HARDLY = Barely (Apenas)
"I can hardly see." (Casi no veo).
LATELY = Recently (Últimamente)
"Have you seen him lately?"
HIGHLY = Very (Muy)
"He is highly recommended." (NOT altitude).
NEARLY = Almost (Casi)
"It is nearly finished."
FREELY = Without control (Libremente)
"Speak freely." (Free = $0 cost).
