S + Verb
"I eat pizza."
Como pizza (Hábito).The Video
In progress, temporary, unfinished. You are in the middle of it.
BE + ING
"I am eating pizza."
Estoy comiendo pizza (Ahora).The Bridge
Connects Past to Present. Action is done, but result is relevant NOW.
HAVE + V3
"I have eaten pizza."
He comido pizza (Ya no tengo hambre).The Marathon
Started in past, STILL doing it. Emphasizes duration/effort.
HAVE BEEN + ING
"I have been eating..."
Llevo comiendo... (Duración).The Detective's Clues
